Who operates keojzhe™?

keojzhe™ is owned and operated by Shanghai Quanyi Industrial Co., Ltd. Our business address is Floors 1–2, Building 4, No. 1628 Lizheng Road, Lingang New Area, China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone.

What do the sets include?

Our range features curated nail polish sets. Individual product pages state each set’s included colors, bottle count and volume. Please review the product description before purchasing.

Do I need a UV lamp?

Sets identified as air-dry nail polish are intended to dry without a UV lamp. Follow the product-specific instructions; drying time varies with application and conditions.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where supported. Tracking updates may take some time to appear. If you need assistance, email service@keojzhen.com with your order number.

How much does shipping cost?

How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Processing time is separate from the delivery transit time. Orders may require additional verification before dispatch where necessary.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery is 8–15 business days after dispatch. Actual transit time may vary depending on the delivery destination, carrier operations and customs handling. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number if you need to change or cancel an order. Requests can be accommodated only where fulfillment has not already progressed beyond the stage at which changes are possible. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for further information.

What payment methods are accepted?

Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your location. For your security, never send full payment card details by email.

Can I return nail polish?

Eligible unopened and unused products in their original packaging may qualify for a return under our published policy. Opened or used products may be subject to restrictions due to hygiene and transport considerations, subject to applicable consumer law. Please read our Return & Refund Policy before submitting a request.

What if a bottle arrives leaking, broken or incorrect?

Please contact service@keojzhen.com promptly with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

How long does a refund take?

Once a return has been approved and any required inspection has been completed, an eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method where possible. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for details.
